Date, Location, and Schedule

The Hyatt Regency in Wichita will be the site of the 2019 Fall KCDAA Conference. Exhibits will be open on Monday, October 21st - Tuesday, October 22nd. 

Booth Rental Fees

Each booth costs $400 for both days payable in full to the Kansas Prosecutor Training & Assistance Institute (KPT&AI). A completed registration form for exhibit space must be submitted with payment. A fax may be sent to (785) 234- 2433, prior to payment, to reserve space.

Fee includes: One skirted table, two chairs, high speed internet, name badges for booth personnel, and lunch for two booth personnel.

Late Payment & Cancellation

A $100 handling fee will be assessed for exhibit cancellations. Refunds, minus the $100 fee will be granted if written notification is received by September 27,  2019.

Exhibitor Equipment

Exhibitors need to order additional booth equipment not included in the rental fee. Electrical outlets are available at $75 for each outlet.

Booth Set-up and Removal

Exhibits can be constructed on Sunday, October 20 after 5:00 pm and torn down after lunch on Tuesday, October 22.


The exhibitor, on signing the registration form for exhibit space, expressly releases the KCDAA and its members and representatives from any and all claims of injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, the exhibitor’s employees or property from any cause whatsoever.


Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel reservations. There are blocks of rooms at three hotels for the conference. Please visit kcdaa.org/hotel for details.
