This course is tailored for prosecutors only. It instructs on Vehicle in motion, field sobriety testing, drug recognition expert, Intoxilyzer 5000/8000 evidence and challenges, blood evidence/use of toxicologists, charging documents, jury selection, opening statements, cross-examination, ethical considerations in closing arguments and jury instruction. You will receive the most up-to-date information relating to all things DUI. If you want to learn how to do DUIs or do them better-- attend this class.
This course has been approved for 10.5 hours CLE (including 1.5 hours of ethics)
